The final upload for this week is a special one for Kreatrix fans – Level 13’s updated version of Is That All. We previewed it back in the day here on TYFTH, and earlier this year I used it in the first part of my 10 Years of FINRG set. While I’m not often a fan of vocal freeform, this is a very original tune with quite a different feel to a lot of tracks, while of course keeping the manic filtering that Kreatrix is famous for.
Looking at the downloads these past few days it seems that a fair number of people are discovering/catching up on the account’s older tracks too, so this is probably a nice point to stop the uploads for now. Fear not though – there are already some more tunes on the horizon which will be going online very soon indeed.
Awesome track. Thanks again PD 🙂
Nice! Great to see this track finally getting the release it deserves!! Personally one of my favorite Level 13 tracks of all time. 🙂
Thanks for all the uploads PD. 😀
This track is so good it’s ridiculous. That vocal really shouldn’t work, but it does. Will be hammering this for ages 🙂
Wicked track. I heard this track in a clip from the Plasmadancer gig at 10 years of finrg.
When I first saw that clip I thought the start of the clip also was part of this tune, but I realize now that it isn’t.
Any idea of what track is played at that start of this clip?

@Labraska:
That is Level 13 – “Exaltation” (The original version, not the remix.)
You can buy the original here:

Al you are oricle lol
Allfonquez the Oracle is right, but until Exaltation’s break Le Dos-on – Intro (Epatoivo) is also playing. Took me a whole day of searching to find that combo, and used it to start off the set 🙂
By the way Aldz, you’re so right about the vocal! Glad everyone’s enjoying it, been one of my favourites for a long time now.
I’m very glad you got to release this song for free, Jon. You guys are awesome. Thank you for all the comments. It was really fun to edit this song. I only wish I could find all these old songs from before I was “known”. On that note, many asked me about “Die Like The Rest” and the news is it some has picked it up and will be released on CD. I’ll let the label announce, not to step on any toes of secrecy.
I have not been in my groove since I switched to Logic but I got an urge to write something new and so I will. Invader and I are also working on a little something.
Great to hear from you Dave – sorry it took so long to get the track out there! As you can see there’s still plenty of affection for Kreatrix, so it’d be awesome to hear more from you as and when inspiration strikes.
For now that’s good news re. Die Like The Rest, and can’t wait to see what you and Invader come up with 🙂
