Belated Merry Christmas to everyone on TYFTH, I hope it’s turning out to be a good one. All being well, we should have a few more posts to come before the end of the year – let’s start things off with another new set, this time from Proteus. This one was mixed to promote the Frantic NYD event in London, so arguably it’s aimed at more of a mainstream hard dance audience, but there are as many blinding tunes as you’d usually expect. No tracklist, but as the set opens with Fist of the North Star and features Hesotarou Tankobu towards the end, you know it’s one to check out.
edit: Many thanks to Nisse for taking the time to put a very-close-to-complete tracklist together. If anyone has an idea what the missing tunes might be, let us know…
edit 2: Belated thanks to Technoid for the ID on track 10!

2. Wragg & Log:One – Enemies of Earth
3. Public Domain Soundsystem – Automatic Audio Overload (The Machine Mix)

Happy New Year to you too…hope we’ll have a post or two before that, though 🙂
No worries! I must confess that I got a little help from Proteuses top 10 that can be found on his website.
Still, the distinct sound of Wragg & Log:One is hard to miss if you’re into the hardtrance stuff and Phantasy is a tune I have enjoyed a lot since I first heard it a couple months back.
I agree with Nisse, the sound of Wragg & Log:One appears almost unmistakable.
Btw the last track is Satronica’s “Shivered”.
Happy New Year!
