BEEZEE – LAB 4 TRIBUTE HOUR by BEEZEE
A busy few days have kept me away from music, but my usual Tokyo-Yokohama train ride finally gave me a chance to check out BEEZEE’s new set. It’s a run through of most of Lab 4’s classic tracks, getting all the way up to 170bpm by the end. There might not be anything new to you here, but that’s to be expected in a tribute set – well done to BEEZEE on some quality selection and mixing. If you haven’t listened to Lab 4 for a while this’ll definitely do the business.

Dear god. It’s essentially any lab4 fans wet dream. Although missing my personal favourite (reformation) this mix is classic heaven. Top stuff beez \o/
thanks for the recommendation jon much appreciated as always, yeah been meaning to do this mix for some time so im pleased to finally get it uploaded, got many, many fond memories of lab 4, bit of a sob story behind reformation though, had a deathly scratch on the vinyl (it appeared out of the blue so god knows how it got there. i nearly died when i saw it lol) 🙁 happenned a few yrs ago and never got round to replacing it. 🙂
Nightmare that mate… You not got it on mp3? My vinyl copy of reformation cost me £50.00… Never play it! Framed on the wall 😉 I remember when inwas last in finland after a gig I was looking through Harri (proteus) record bag and pulled out his copy of reformation an being so fucking drunk I nearly dropped it on the floor. He wasn’t happy lol. True story! X
no havent got the mp3, havent seen it anywhere to be fair, obv not looking hard enough. yeah can imagine harri not being too impressed with that, i was mortified when i heard it skipping. 🙁
